The artisanal care we put into our creations continues right up to the moment of packaging: every piece is protected and wrapped individually with shockproof materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

📍 Free Local Pickup (Naples - Vomero)

If you are in Naples, you can save on shipping costs and collect your order directly:

Where: Laboratorio Santo Pop, Via Gino Doria 156, Vomero – Naples.

Cost: Free (€0).

How it works: Place your order on our online shop as usual, selecting the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. As soon as your order is ready, we will send you a notification (via email or WhatsApp) to arrange a day and time for pickup.

🚚 Shipping within Italy

We ship throughout Italy via tracked express courier:

Orders up to €24.99: Flat rate of €4.90

Orders of €25.00 or more: FREE shipping.

Delivery times: Approximately 1–2 business days from dispatch (at least 3 days for islands and remote areas).

You will receive the tracking code via email as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.

🌍 International Shipping (Europe & America)

We bring Neapolitan art and spirit to the whole world:

Europe (EU and non-EU countries): Shipping via tracked international courier. Costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country.

America (United States, Canada, and South America): Tracked air shipping. The cost is displayed during the checkout process based on weight and destination.

(Any customs charges or duties for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country).
